The property is designated as being in the hotel chain’s top performers in service, product and quality.

President’s Award winners are selected annually by the Carlson Hotels. The criteria for receiving this award is based on customer feedback measured through guest satisfaction surveys about the hotel, as well as product quality and service scores measured quarterly by the company.
